This Trivento Reserve Cab Malbec grapes primarily sourced from the Maipú, Luján de Cuyo and surrounding areas. Their grapes are cold macerated prior to separate varietal fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Natural malolactic fermentation follows. The separate wines are aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. After assemblage, aging 6 months more before they release to the market.
