Both Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are red grape varieties that blend perfectly with each other to create rich and delicious Shiraz Cabernet blends. The Shiraz Cabernet produced by Berton Vineyards for the Outback Jack range shows a deep purple-black hue, with fragrances of juicy berries infused with spice and chocolate notes flowing from the nose. The palate is integrated with vibrant fruit flavours and smooth tannins complemented by nuances of oak, leading to a surprisingly lengthy finish.
