The Domaine MOREY-COFFINET was born from the marriage of Michel Morey and Fabienne Coffinet. The property is based on Chassagne Montrachet and the vineyard extends over Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet. Since 2007, the wines are no longer filtered and thus keep all the peculiarity of their terroirs. From 2015, all the vines are now worked in organic and biodynamic cultivation.

Notes of pepper, sauvage and dark berry fruit scents. There is excellent density to the concentrated medium weight flavours as the old vine sap definitely adds a sense of volume, particularly on the robust, serious and rustic finish that delivers excellent depth and length.
