The Domaine MOREY-COFFINET was born from the marriage of Michel Morey and Fabienne Coffinet. The property is based on Chassagne Montrachet and the vineyard extends over Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet. Since 2007, the wines are no longer filtered and thus keep all the peculiarity of their terroirs. From 2015, all the vines are now worked in organic and biodynamic cultivation.
The wine has fragrant red fruit aromas framed by powerful minerality nose Silky texture with intense fresh cherries flavour and some wet florest floor and finish with some licorice.
