Casa Martellettis history began in 1700 in the heart of the region of Asti, in the area of Cocconato.Today, Casa Martelletti part of the large distributor Perlino whose large flagship’s aperitifs and bitters was sold under the brand Perlino.This prosecco is produced according to Charmatmetoden where the wine gets its elegant bubbles by fermentation with sugar and cultured yeast under temperature control.The wine has been matured in steel tanks for about 18 months.The color is light yellow and greenish. The aromas are very fruity and flowery in style, reminiscent of citrus, peach and pear.The taste is fruity, healthy and fresh with a fine mousse and a soft finish.
