The Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG that Loredan Gasparini produces comes exclusively from grapes harvested on their estate in Giavera del Montello, a splendid uncontaminated hilly area in the north of the province of Treviso. The biodiversity that they preserve in their vineyards has also allowed them to select an indigenous yeast with which they ferment and sparkle all their Prosecco, in order to enrich it with all the character of the territory of origin. A decidedly superior Prosecco for structure and complexity.
