Created in 1979 by Maurice Fillioux. He chose to blend “eaux-de-vie” which had been selected by his grandfather. Today, Yann Fillioux, the 7th generation from his family to be Master Blender, stores aside “eaux-de-vie” which might be used by his successors. This continuity over generations ensures the unrivalled greatness of the Hennessy cognacs; and especially of Paradis.
