Barossa Ink came about as a challenge set down by the Grant Burge winemaking team to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines as possible. The result are two intensely opulent wines from the heart of the Barossa, with a colour so dark, it’s almost ink.

The Barossa Ink Cabernet Sauvignon shows a bouquet rich with blackcurrant, mint and dark chocolate. The textural palate has fine tannins, and excellent persistence with intense chocolate and berry flavours.
