GHIONE PICCOLE GIOIE MOSCATO D’ASTI 2018

Moscato was already largely widespread among Greeks and Romans. Today it has found its area of ​​election in a small area in the south of Piedmont, which includes all the territory from which La Torre gets its grapes. The must obtained from the pressing of the grapes can give birth to two DOCG wines: both “Specials” since they retain a good percentage of the unfermented sugars, which anyway are not cloying, but blend rather harmoniously with the rest of the flavors.
