Domaine Charles Audoin covers 14 hectares across Marsannay, situated towards the top of the Côtes de Nuits. Marsannay is often thought to offer the best value for money in the Côtes de Nuits, having not yet secured a Village classification, but producing wines many consider well worthy of it.
Characterized by its elegance and finesse, Charles Audoin Clos du Roy Blanc showcases the unique terroir of Burgundy. It is predominantly made from the Chardonnay grape variety, which flourishes in the region’s limestone-rich soils.

A subtle dollop of wood is present on the citrus zest, green apple and floral-suffused nose. The wood can also be found on the palate of the medium-bodied flavors that exhibit good minerality on the youthfully austere, linear and bone-dry finale.
