Domaine Charles Audoin is a small family property of 14 hectares located in the village of Marsannay to the north of Côte de Nuits, Burgundy. The family has run the property for five generations and has been tapping its own since 1972. Domaine Audoin mainly owns vineyards in Marsannay, but also has some fields in Gevrey-Chambertin, Fixin and Pommard. Cyril Audoin (1978), an educated oenologist, has been making wine since he was 15 years old, has lifted the property up in the top tier of Burgundy.

Strong scent of dense Black Forest fruits. This is a full mouth-coating style, with a delicious volume of dark berries. The tannins are ripe and full and provide a sophisticated structure to this fine example of one of the Côte de Nuits’s most famous villages. Beautifully ripe, full and long.
