Chateau Tronquoy Lalande underwent a complete, 10 million Euro renovation after it was purchased in 2006 by the Bouygues brothers, a significant amount considering the estate is a Cru Bourgeois. A large portion of those funds were allocated to making Chateau Tronquoy Lalande a responsible, environmental, green estate.

Tronquoy Lalande Has a very composed bouquet with Blackberry, tar and tobacco, very well defined and developing more red fruit than black with airation. The palate is medium bodied with firm tannins that render this quite masculine in style.
