The Baia al Vento is a blend of 50% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot. After maturing in a steel tank, it is stored in the tonneaux for 16-18 months and then on the bottle for 12 months. In the glass, the Campo al Mare Baia al Vento presents Bolgheri Superiore Rosso DOC in a deep red with bluish reflections. The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe red fruits with a pleasant spiciness. Powerful and warm on the palate, with polished tannins and beautiful elegance, as well as notes of herbs.
