The Domaine MOREY-COFFINET was born from the marriage of Michel Morey and Fabienne Coffinet. The property is based on Chassagne Montrachet and the vineyard extends over Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet. Since 2007, the wines are no longer filtered and thus keep all the peculiarity of their terroirs. From 2015, all the vines are now worked in organic and biodynamic cultivation.

A complex nose of white-fleshed fruits, white flowers, with subtle notes of vanilla and hazelnut. On the palate, it reveals a balanced freshness, a beautiful aromatic persistence with flavors of peach, almond and a distinct minerality.
