THE HARBOUR SAUV BLANC 22

The fruit for this wine was harvested from different regions during the cool of the night to capture the fresh flavours of the Sauvignon Blanc. This wine was made in a contemporary Australian style, fermented very at cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain as much fruit flavour as possible. The wine was bottled young to capture the fresh, vibrant fruit displayed.
