The nose is lovely and fresh, sweet and sour juicy green apple and white peach, mint, fresh parsley, and hints of vanilla bean and caramel. The taste is round but not heavy, with tropical fruits and stone fruits, mixed with creamy hazelnuts and mint, and a mineral salty impression of crushed stones, which is very delicate and wonderful.
